Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING ELIGIBILLITY 

Canadian and USA orders over $40 are eligible for free standard shipping. 
Select International orders are eligible for free shipping over $70 CAD. Shipping discounts are applied at checkout. 

CUSTOMS DUTIES

Customs or import duties are applied once the parcel arrives in the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. ProBike3D has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount (if applicable). Since customs regulations differ greatly between countries, it is advisable to contact your local customs office for more details.

ORDER PROCESING TIMES

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. 

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time depends on the destination country, and shipping service selected. Delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.  

SHIPPING COST

All shipments are subject to order size, location, and shipping service used. Canadian orders composed of products under 2cm in height are eligible for free Canada Post Lettermail shipping regardless of total order value.

SHIPPING INSURANCE/LIABILLITY

 All shipments are insured. Please contact us regarding any issues with the delivery of your order, and we will open an investigation with our shipping provider. Please note that we can not issue refunds for lost or damaged orders until it is confirmed with the shipping provider. The shipping provider may require confirmation from the recipient in such cases.
